Sound Advice Training sells Church Sound Training DVD's aimed at the Church Market. With 14 years church sound experience, as well as being a full-time pastor, our lead trainer, Jonathan, brings a good blend of perspectives to the table.

About Our Training

Our first church sound training product, 'Training Sound Personnel for Church Ministry', is not the be-all-end-all for every sound issue there is, nor was it designed to be. It is designed to target the key issues and skill sets that will most help a new church sound engineer, while still offering help and advancement for the experienced 'Old Guys' on the church sound team!

We place an emphasis on the ministry aspect of the church sound team, as this is critical in churches. Too many skilled sound people miss the point that they are ministering just as the worship leader is, and we take time to cover these issues.

More Insight

Our training is the end-result of several years of live teaching, done in seminar format in the US, as well as overseas. After teaching, hands-on, I've decided that this information would reach many more people as a Church Sound Training DVD.

Included in our church sound training DVD are all of the hands-on tools that I've used in the past few years with my 'face-to-face' students. They are an invaluable set of feedback trainers, listening files, and documents to help you become the best church sound engineer you can.

We've been teaching Sound Engineers for churches for years. Our Sound Training DVD's are the culmination of extensive travel, real-world experience, and a techie's love for studying the sound reinforcement industry.
